Worship

Each week, countless lives are touched, renewed, and changed as people participate in the unique and exciting experience of Worship at Dahonega United Methodist. Through singing and praise-filled special music by our choirs or praise band, each Worship Service is a celebration of our wonderful Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It’s inspiring and uplifting — a great way to start your week and encourage you during the week. DUMC offers a Worship Service at 5:30 Saturday night that has elements of both Traditional and Contemporary styled worship, Traditional services at 8:30 and 11:00 on Sunday morning, a Contemporary Praise Service at 9:30 on Sunday morning, and a Hispanic Service at 5:00 Sunday evening.  Youth Worship Services are from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. every Sunday.  The first Sunday evening of every month at 6:00 a Service of More is offered. 

Communion Services are held on the 1st Saturday/Sunday of the month at all of the services.  Communion in the Methodist Church is open to all who come with a repentant heart and desire to share in the fellowship of this holy ritual.
