The Vision of the Dahlonega United Methodist Men is to make Christ the Center of our lives. Our purpose is to be brothers in Christ, supporting one another in prayer. We believe that this impacts men in all of their relationships. As we grow in Christ, it blesses us, our families, and our community.
- Sharing knowledge and support for the mission of The United Methodist Church.
- Encouraging Evangelism and sharing the Gospel of God
- Clarifying the role of Men in society and the role of Husband and Father.
As United Methodist Men, we seek a commitment to Discipleship from all men in the Church. We study and become familiar with the United Methodist Church, its Organization, Doctrine, and Beliefs.
Activities and Events
On the 2nd Sunday of each month, we meet for breakfast and fellowship in the Fellowship Hall of Dahlonega United Methodist Church at 7:00 AM. We typically have a guest speaker, who may come to share a testimony, or tell us about a new ministry in the area. Past guest speakers have shared about the Army Ranger camp, hunting in North Georgia, challenges to law enforcement, and the new homeless ministry.
On Sunday mornings, we always enjoy great food and great fellowship. The cooks start preparing at 4:00 AM, and the coffee is ready around 6:45 AM. Come and join us this month.
