Children's Church: Held during the 11:00 am Sunday worship service for ages 9 through 12

Sunday School: Classes for all ages are available at 9:45am and 11:00 a.m.

Nursery: Our paid nursery staff is available at 8:30, 9:30 and 11:00 am on Sundays. Arrangements can be made with our nursery staff when special church related activities or events require a nursery.

VBS and Summer Programs: Children and parents come away with llife-long memories from our annual Vacation Bible School program, each summer. The children learn of God's love during the five action packed days, which are filled with music, adventure and learning activities, based upon a Christian Children's curriculum.

FaithWeaver Friends:  Wednesdays, for children grades Kindergarten through 5th Grade, in Fellowship Hall.  FaithWeaver Friends is a great way to build lasting and meaningful relationships between God and kids, kids and kids, and kids and adults.  They learn specific Bible stories, participate in activities that reinforce the principle of the Bible stories, sing songs about the Bible stores and the Biblical Principles, participate in Discovery Station activities, reflect on what they have learned through words and pictures in their journals, and have great fun while growing their faith. 

Preschool and Mother's Morning Out: Christian preschool program for children ages 2-5 in a fun learning environment four mornings per week, Monday through Thursday MMO for ages 9 months through 2 years.

"Music, Art, Drama, Dance" (M.A.D.D. Week)
Ages: Grade School and Jr. High, One Week in the Summer. MADD week is open to all children from DUMC and the community. The children rehearse and present a musical based on a story from the Bible. They not only act, sing and dance in the production but they also help in creating the costumes and the sets. It’s a wonderful way to learn the stories of the Old and New Testaments while having a great time!
